The panel about the photographs on page 120 is a really strong one. It shows the pictures of Allison and her father when they were both the same age. You can see the resemblance and although they are different sexes you can’t really tell. They both have almost the same haircut, their pose and gesture is almost identical. It almost seems as if they were one person. It is very strong because as we know by now, Allison’s father was most certainly a homosexual but his life turned out differently than hers. You would have guessed that two people who almost share the same story would get along but as we know the relationship between Allison and her father was not as we would expect.
